Cycle City Donates Mechanics Services to Fix 100 Bikes for HUB Cycling’s Bike-to-School Program

HUB Cycling’s mission is to get more people cycling more often, but we can make progress thanks to our sponsors and supporters like Cycle City.

Our Spring 2024 Bike to School season is fast approaching, and Cycle City has kindly offered their mechanics services to assess and tune up HUB Cycling's fleet of 100 bikes so that students can experience the joy of cycling this spring. (Not surprisingly, the fleet needed attention after 17,363 students participated in the 2023 Bike to School courses!)

As a non-profit organization, our funds are limited, and we greatly appreciate Cycle City’s generosity to HUB in donating $6,550 worth of mechanic labor. They’ll be making many students happy this spring!

Cycle City is no stranger to HUB Cycling and has long supported our Fall and Spring Go by Bike Weeks. Their mechanics provide free bike tune-ups at many of our Celebration Stations during the semi-annual event.
